U4GM Guide to Endfield S Tier Weapons for PvE and Umbral Monument

If you've been pushing the harder fights in Endfield, you'll notice pretty fast that "highest ATK wins" isn't how this game works. A weapon's passive is usually the real reason your damage spikes, your rotation smooths out, or your team stops falling apart when a boss starts chaining patterns. I've seen plenty of players swap builds after browsing Arknights endfield accounts and realizing the same operator can feel totally different once the right weapon is in place, especially when it lines up with Ult windows, SP flow, and status setups.

Sword picks live and die by tempo. Thermite Cutter and Eminent Repute get talked about a lot because they don't just buff you, they steady the whole squad, which matters when your DPS needs frequent Ults and your supports can't afford dead time. Forgeborn Scathe is the poster child for "use it right or don't bother." Pop your Ultimate, then ride that boosted basic attack string while the buff is hot. On someone like Laevatain it's not subtle, either. You feel the rhythm click, and suddenly your "normal" hits look like a burst phase.

Greatswords tend to reward players who like control. Sundered Prince is nasty if your plan is to stagger, land a Final Strike, and keep the pressure on while the enemy's still recovering. It's not only about a big number, it's about how reliably you can reach that payoff. If you lean into elemental pressure or debuff-heavy comps, Khravengger and Exemplar stay relevant because they scale into targets that are already compromised. You're basically turning your team's setup work into a multiplier, not just extra chip damage.

Handcannons like Clannibal and Wedge shine when your team is built around triggering reactions on cue. With a character such as Yvonne, you're often fishing for that moment where Cryo (or another element) procs, then you cash in with boosted Arts damage. The best ranged weapons make that loop feel reliable instead of random. Polearms sit in a nice middle lane: Mountain Bearer is popular because it's flexible and punishes enemies that are already vulnerable, so you don't have to rebuild your whole squad to make it work.

If your team's identity is elemental reactions, Arts weapons are where the run either feels clean or messy. Detonation Unit and Dreams of the Starry Beach push damage hard when enemies are debuffed or corroded, and that's the point: they reward planning, not mashing. Delivery Guaranteed and Wild Wanderer can also keep overall output high by supporting the team's loop instead of chasing one flashy hit. If you're investing resources, match upgrades to your comp's triggers and uptime, and if you'd rather skip the trial-and-error grind, grabbing a roster that's already set up to do it can be tempting—especially if you're looking to buy Arknights endfield account and jump straight into endgame-ready synergies without rebuilding from scratch.
